The Same Day Premium Visa Service is also known as the Home Office Premium Service or One Day Visa Service. As the expert immigration solicitors in Sheffield, we are registered with the Home Office, UKVI, Public Enquiry Office (PEO) for Same Day Premium Visa Service and our immigration solicitors can submit your application to the Home Office, PEO by hand and get the decision on your application in one day.

You will be accompanied to the Home Office, PEO by our legal representative who will assist you with the enrollment of your biometrics, submission of your application and liaise with the Home Office Immigration Caseworker in getting an instant decision on your application. This way, you will not have to wait for the decision on your application for months (sometimes years).

We can arrange a Home Office PEO appointment for the earliest available date which will be within 4 weeks from the time you instruct us. The Home Office, PEO now require that the full fee for the application is paid in advance at the time of PEO appointment booking.

We can submit the following visa applications every week but need to give the Home Office details of an individual client in advance. The categories below are biometric and require every applicant and dependants to accompany us on the day of submission (to provide fingerprints).

Applicants should be aware that the PEO will only decide applications on the same day if the application is straightforward and not complex. The PEO decides the majority of the applications we submit on the same day and very few applications are retained for further enquiries.

Once granted, the Biometric Residence Permit is usually sent to us by the Home Office within one week.
